Summer Reading
I was bored, so I messed around with the format a little. I think I need a job - I'm going crazy without something constructive to do. I wonder if Barnes & Noble would hire me for two months. Doubt it.
Less than 100 pages left to read in The Witching Hour. I'm enjoying it and everything, but that book is 1,038 pages long and I swear it grows as I try to finish it.
...Actually, I wish Bartimaeus was like that.
Anyway, I'm seriously starved for reading material. I'm reading The Dream Merchant next, but after that...not sure. I don't want to wait until Deathly Hallows comes out to get seriously excited about a book. But every time I go into a bookstore all I seem to see are books about teenagers falling In Luv on the beach. Yeah, that's riveting.
Argh - and I have to wait even longer for Eclipse (sequel to Twilight and New Moon, by Stephenie Meyers - not that I'm advertising or anything. *cough*) Oh sweet god of literature, have mercy on this poor soul.
I don't know. Maybe I'll try something by Tamora Pierce. I just have to figure out which books belong to which series - there are so many and they all look kind of similar.
